Exchange & Refund Policy

EXCHANGES/ RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY 

 

At Couture Anatomee we stand behind the products we sell. Simply follow the next Steps and read our Exchange, returns and refund policy below.

Call our Ardyss Support Center at (702)-313-3333 (Option 2) or WhatsApp at (702) 982-9862 (Option 2) to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), and a Case Number. Please provide specific details so that we may better assist you through this process.

SEND YOUR PRODUCT TO OUR EXCHANGES DEPARTMENT Send the product you want to exchange along with your filled out “Thank You Note”, the assigned RMA and the Case Number provided on Step 1 to our Exchange Department located at 1761 S. Mojave Rd. Suite B, Las Vegas NV, 89104 US.

1. GUARANTEE PERIOD: Our guarantee begins since the first day you receive the Order up to 30 days of the delivery. There will be no exchanges after 31 days. Inspect all your products upon arrival (A $5 USD fee is applied for exchanges on Promotion Purchased Items).

 

2. NUTRITION AND COSMETICS PRODUCTS: For health and safety reasons there are no exchanges or returns made for nutritional and cosmetics products.

 

3. EXCHANGES IN POWER PACKS: Power Packs can only be returned in their full complete packaging. Garments purchased in a Membership Order can ONLY be returned for an Exchange of Size or Color (No Refunds on Membership garments unless the entire Order is sent back for cancellation of the Ardyss Account).

 

4. FOR MANUFACTURER DEFECT: If you receive an item that s defected by manufacturer, we will replace immediately for the same garment. (Images of Defected Item must be sent in via WhatsApp at (702) 986-9862 (Option 2) or Email at service@ardysslife.com).

 

5. SHIPPING FEE: There is a Shipping Fee (Varies by Country) for the company to Return the Exchanged requested garment back the distributors Address. This must be paid at the moment of processing your Exchange.

 

6. RESPONSE TIME: If the Tracking Number for the Returned Items is not provided to ArdyssLife within 7 Business days after it is authorized Ardyss will automatically close the Exchange Request RMA Case Number. Also, if we cannot make the exchange due to not in stock within 7 business days after we receive your package in Las Vegas, NV. We will automatically apply a 100% screen credit on the wholesale value of the product (i.e., no shipping charges or handling apply). *Screen Credit will expire in 60 days.

 

7. REFUNDS: Refunds can only apply if the Garment is Returned in Optimal Conditions. (No Exceptions) (i.e., no shipping charges or handling apply). It is important that as the Cardholder if you have an issue with a transaction before contacting your Merchant proceed with contacting our Customer Service Support Lines to assist with any issue. If an issue is not dealt with or resolved dealing directly with the Merchant, please feel free to appeal directly to the Card Network if necessary. For all refund inquiries please click REFUND INQUIRY to complete the request. A customer service representative will contact you with a resolution. 

 

8. RETURNED PACKAGES: If your package was returned to sender, Ardyss will try to re-send your package. Re-Shipping cost of $16.99 depends on the reason the package was returned.

 

9. ALLOCATION OF EARNINGS IN THE PLAN: All returns will affect your earnings and your up-line. In the case of Store Credit or Refund an order will be in the account with the affected points until a purchase is processed to reflect the returned Points. (When a product was purchased in a previous month).

 

10. INDEPENDENT SHIPPING COMPANY USE FOR DELIVERY: ArdyssLife reserves the right of replacing or refunding any order that had been requested to be delivered to an outsourced shipping Company located in the USA or Internationally. If a customer or distributor requests any order to be delivered at any independent Shipping Company, ArdyssLife will only be responsible for the shipment from our ArdyssLife Warehouse to that Shipping Company, once the package is delivered to your independent Shipping Company this institution will need to be contacted by the customer or distributor to coordinate the delivery.
